Matt Corry

Matt founded Collaborative Project Services to give growing contractors and subcontractors access to senior commercial expertise — without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

With over a decade of quantity surveying experience spanning main contracting and property development, he works across the full project lifecycle: feasibility and estimating, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. He understands both sides of the table — the main contractor protecting a margin and the subcontractor protecting their payment.

Matt leads every client relationship personally, and built CPSL's delivery model around three things: accuracy, collaboration, and protecting his clients' bottom line.

Head of Commercial

A licensed civil engineer and senior quantity surveyor, driven by the challenge of balancing high-value budgets across different assets without compromising quality. She has spent her career navigating the complexities of the global market — not just managing contracts, but finding strategic cost savings that keep projects viable. She takes pride in leading offshore teams that deliver, making sure that from the first bid to the final account, the numbers always make sense.

A licensed architect and cost consultant with over 8 years of combined experience in architecture, quantity surveying, cost management, bidding and project delivery. He's experienced in cost planning, value engineering, quantity take-off, tendering and commercial management across residential, healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical and mixed-use developments.

M&E Quantity Surveyor

A licensed electrical engineer with strong expertise in site operations — including electrical installation, supervision and commissioning — ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with standards. He pairs this with solid quantity surveying experience across take-offs, cost planning, tendering and commercial management on a range of assets, letting him balance technical execution with tight cost control.
